Terms of Use

Effective date: 18 April 2026 · Applies to the Detect Clicker Android app

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Detect Clicker (the "App"), published by AgniTeck. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

Detect Clicker is an Android automation tool. It uses on-device detection to locate elements on your screen and, with your configuration, dispatches taps, long-presses, swipes, and joystick-style gestures on your behalf through a floating overlay control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Detect Clicker. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

Some features require signing in with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Accessibility Service & Screen Detection

Detect Clicker's core functionality depends on the Android Accessibility Service and Media Projection permissions, which you must enable manually in your device settings. These permissions are used strictly to detect on-screen elements and simulate the gestures you configure — never to read, record, or transmit the content of other apps.

You may disable these permissions at any time through your device's accessibility settings, which will stop the App's automation features.

5. Subscriptions

Detect Clicker offers an optional subscription to remove ads and to unlock premium features, and does not auto-renew

  • Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play Billing, and are billed to your Google Play account.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies, not directly by us.

7. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Ad content is served and selected by these third parties, and we do not control or endorse the specific ads shown. See our Privacy Policy for how ad providers handle data.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Detect Clicker responsibly. You will not:

  • Use the App to violate the terms of service of any other app or game, including for cheating, boosting, or unauthorized automation in ways that could get your accounts elsewhere suspended or banned;
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any device, account, or service;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or detection models of the App, except where permitted by law;
  • Use the App to interact with content or services in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

You are solely responsible for how you configure and use the App's automation features, including any consequences within third-party apps or games.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, detection models, and code, is owned by AgniTeck and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding beyond what is necessary to use the App as intended.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that detection will always be accurate, that gestures will always be dispatched correctly, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgniTeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any action taken by a third-party app or service as a result of automation performed through Detect Clicker.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page, and we advise you to review it periodically. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [India/Maharashtra], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
